Shipping policy

As all orders are made to order and are not mass produced, the time needed to prepare your order may vary.

While most orders ship within 3-5 business days, please allow 10-15 business days in case of high volume of orders (especially after a sale or holiday!) Orders placed after 5pm CST will automatically be rolled into the following business day.

If you are in need of an order sooner, please contact us first to arrange the order OR use priority shipping mail upgrade (if available). Priority mail will be used as much as possible.

Free Shipping is provided for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY!

(Local pick-up, meaning within 40 miles of Arkansaw, WI 54721 USA)

If local free shipping is selected and you are not local, an additional invoice will be sent with the correct shipping amount. Please note: your order will not be created until additional invoice is paid in full.

Orders of $75 or more (before discounts and taxes) will receive complimentary free shipping within the USA.

Orders outside the USA will have normal shipping rates, based on final package weight. Customer is responsible for any and all import, tax, or VAT fees.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for any customs or shipping issues.

Once a package leaves our property, it is in the shippers hands and we are not responsible for weather, or any other shipping delays.
