Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can't offer an exchange.

We gladly accept exchanges EXCEPT for pre-orders and custom orders. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Any exchange requests past 30 days will not be accepted. 

We do not accept returns or cancellations.

Because of the nature of some products- unless they arrive defective of damaged- I can't accept exchanges for any products due to being handmade and many have a shelf life or are made-to-order, this includes:

  • Custom scented orders
  • Custom build a box orders
  • Pre-orders
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items

To be considered for an exchange items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Several items are exempt from being exchanged. I can not accept any returns or exchanges on Body Butter or Salt Scrubs due to sanitary reasons.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned.

*Certain situations will be handled differently and a case by case basis. Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

- orders are lost in the shipping process.

-items are missing parts not due to error on our end.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

We only will except exchanges or possible refund on regular priced items, Sale items may not be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange it for the same item, please send an email to arkansawsoapco@gmail.com to set up an exchange.

Shipping

During an acceptable exchange, you will be responsible for any shipping fees that occur for returning your items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing times for exchanging products may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a shipping service with tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
